Yiddish Civilization Lecture Series, Summer 2020
The 2020 lecture series ran on Mondays and Thursdays from June 29 to July 27, covering topics ranging from history and historiography to literature, poetry, folklore, and theater, and featuring some of the field’s leading scholars: Eve Jochnowitz, Miriam Udel, Kalman Weiser, Ronald Robboy, Ellie Kellman, Tony Michels, Amanda (Miryem-Khaye) Seigel, Alyssa Quint, and Jack Jacobs.
