In summer 2025, students had the option of reserving a room through NYU at Coral Tower, an NYU residence hall located near Union Square a few blocks from YIVO. These are air-conditioned, apartment-style rooms in shared suites with kitchens. While YIVO cannot guarantee that students will be able to live together at NYU, students may find ways to create a yidish-hoyz type environment while living in the same residence hall.

The rates for housing at NYU in 2025 were as follows:

Sunday, June 22 – Saturday, August 2:

Single room weekly rate: $642/person ($3,852 total)
Shared room weekly rate: $505/person ($3,030 total)
